Once mindfulness practice helped him overcome intense separation anxiety at 10 years old, he continuously explored spirituality, drawn by a sense of seeking profound Truth. Inspired by mystical experiences in his early twenties, Jack adopted a deep practice, integrating teachings from both eastern and western traditions.
